Quick answer: Love Island: All Stars has been renewed for a fourth series, launching in January 2027 on ITV2 and ITVX. ITV says the regular summer series of Love Island will be back on ITV2 next June (TV Zone UK). No start date, cast or host has been officially confirmed yet.
The All Stars format brings back Islanders from past series for a second shot at love, and since its 2024 launch it’s become ITV’s winter companion to the summer show. Here’s what’s confirmed for 2027, plus a look back at every All Stars series so far.
What ITV has confirmed
The renewal was announced in mid-September 2026. The confirmed details (TV Zone UK):
- When: January 2027. No exact launch date yet.
- Where: ITV2 and ITVX in the UK.
- Who: “fan-favourite Islanders from across 11 years of the show” will return to the villa. No names have been announced.
- The summer series of Love Island “will return next June on ITV2.”
ITV also gave some numbers on the franchise’s pull. It says Love Island and All Stars have been the most popular show of the day among 16–34-year-olds more than 450 times, and the shows have been streamed on ITVX more than two billion times.
What isn’t confirmed yet
- The cast. Rumoured line-ups circulate every year. We’ll only list names ITV confirms.
- The host. Maya Jama has presented both the summer series and All Stars since 2023, but ITV hasn’t formally confirmed the 2027 presenter in anything we’ve seen.
- The villa. All Stars series 3 was filmed in South Africa. ITV hasn’t said where series 4 will be.

All Stars series 3 (2026), recapped
The third series launched in January 2026, after a delayed start: BBC Newsbeat reports the South African villa had to be evacuated because of nearby wildfires. Halfway through, six American bombshells arrived in their own Casa Amor villa, a nod to the success of Love Island USA (BBC News).
The live final aired on ITV2 on Monday 23 February 2026. Maya Jama crowned Samie Elishi and Ciaran Davies the winners after a public vote, and they took home the £50,000 prize. The rest of the final five (BBC News):
- Samie Elishi & Ciaran Davies (winners)
- Millie Court & Zac Woodworth
- Leanne Amaning & Scott van-der-Sluis
- Lucinda Strafford & Sean Stone
- Whitney Adebayo & Yamen Sanders
Zac was one of the American bombshells and hit it off with Millie, a series 7 winner, straight away.
What happened to Samie and Ciaran?
The winners split within weeks of leaving the villa. Ciaran gave his side on a podcast. In an Instagram Stories statement on 27 March 2026, Samie disputed some of what he’d said and explained the break-up in her own words (Heart):
“Me and Ciaran were in the very early stages of dating and we got into the real world and it just didn’t work and that is absolutely fine… Things changed when we got out and that is it. That is all there is to the story.”
As of Heart’s report that day, the other four finalist couples (Millie and Zac, Whitney and Yamen, Scott and Leanne, Lucinda and Sean) were still together. Statuses can change, and we haven’t re-verified each one since.
How big is All Stars, really?
BBC Newsbeat reported that the series 3 final drew around 659,000 viewers in overnight TV figures. ITV pointed out that most of the audience watch on ITVX, where it’s the most-watched show, and said series 3 had been streamed 100 million times. Including ITVX and YouTube, ITV put the launch audience at 2.2 million (BBC News).
