Big Brother 2026 Double Eviction: Philip and Rhianna Are Out as the Final Week Begins

Tiffany Pollard took the nominees on a ghost train, then rode off alone. Then the crowd booed two housemates out. Eight remain before the November 5 final.

The short version: In the first double live eviction of the series on Friday, October 30, Philip Regan and Rhianna Collins were evicted from Big Brother. Rochelle, Samuel and Twinks survived the public vote. Eight housemates are left for the final week, and the final airs Thursday, November 5 on ITV2 and ITVX (Digital Spy; Where To Watch; Oddschecker).

The nominations set up this one. As we reported in our nominations story, Rochelle got eight votes from her fellow housemates, Samuel and Rhianna got three each, and Philip and Twinks got two each. That put five people up, and two had to go.

More on the series lives on our Big Brother hub.

Tiffany’s ghost train exit

The live show opened with a twist. Digital Spy reports that the five nominees were invited to ride a ghost train with House Guest Tiffany Pollard. The housemates were worried they were walking into a backdoor eviction as they each joined her carriage. In the end, Tiffany rode off alone, ending her short and chaotic stay as a celebrity House Guest.

Her week was not quiet. The Sun reports that Tiffany clashed again and again with Philip, and that tensions boiled over after she passed on comments he had made about Yasmin during a special “aura reading.” Oddschecker’s pre-show preview also noted that Tiffany told Philip the public saw him as a backstabber, and that his alliance with Rochelle broke down when she nominated him.

Philip goes first, to boos

Hosts AJ Odudu and Will Best announced Philip as the first housemate out. Where To Watch reports the crowd booed as his name was read, and the boos got louder as he left the house.

He took it in his stride. “It’s a game and we’re all in it to win it. So good luck to them,” he told the hosts, per Digital Spy. “I’m proud to say I’ve been in there for seven weeks and you know what, I really am proud, no matter what anyone thinks of me. It was hard work. You’re in there 24 hours.”

Rhianna follows

There was little time to recover before Rhianna was named the second evictee. Where To Watch says she was also met by boos as she waved to the crowd. Before the show, Oddschecker noted she had rowed with Frankie after he named her as the housemate he trusted least, and that she had admitted she could be booed.

Outside, Rhianna sounded emotional about the people she left behind. “In there, I’m so used to that, that I was like, ‘I don’t remember the outside world. It’s like my little family now.’ I’m so protective about everyone in there,” she said, per Digital Spy.

Her exit comes after a hard few weeks. The Daily Mail reports that Ofcom said on Thursday it had received 22,499 complaints about Omar’s behaviour towards Rhianna, which the paper says is the most for any contestant across the show’s civilian series. In her exit interview, the Mail reports, Rhianna said she had spoken to Omar about how he was treating her and that he did change after that. Ofcom has said a complaint count is not itself a decision to investigate.

Who’s safe, and what fans said

Rochelle, Samuel and Twinks all survived. That’s a big result for Rochelle after eight nominations, and for Samuel, who was up for the second week running. Twinks went into the night as the 5/4 favourite to win the series, per Oddschecker.

Viewers on X were mostly pleased. Digital Spy quotes one fan: “Philip and Rhianna are out of the house, we did it guys!” Another wrote: “The great British public got it right tonight twice!”

What’s next

Eight housemates now head into the final week. Oddschecker reports that from now on, the vote will open and freeze several times, with the housemate on the fewest votes leaving after each freeze. The final is on Thursday, November 5 at 9pm on ITV2 and ITVX.

This recap reports what was broadcast and what the outlets linked above reported. It is not a finding about anyone in the house.
