The short version: Eight housemates are still in the Big Brother house: Twinks, Rochelle, Yasmin, Samuel, Catrin, Lynx, Frankie and Omar. Nominations are over. The public is now voting for who should win, and that vote froze at 9am UK time on Tuesday, November 3 so that the lowest-polling housemate or housemates can leave in a secret back-door eviction. Who went has not aired yet. The live final is Thursday, November 5 at 9pm on ITV2 and ITVX, and Big Brother: The Reunion follows on Friday, November 6 (Oddschecker; ThisisBigBrother).
The last week began with a bang. As we covered in our double eviction recap, Philip Regan and Rhianna Collins were voted out on Friday, October 30, after Tiffany Pollard’s ghost train stunt. Before that, Rochelle had collected eight nominations, as we reported in our nominations story. Below are the two episodes that have aired since.

How the final week vote works
There is no nominations list to watch this week. According to Oddschecker’s guide, the public is simply backing the person it wants to see win, and the vote opens and freezes several times before Thursday. Each freeze removes whoever is bottom at that point. The first freeze came this morning, Tuesday, at 9am GMT, which is 2:30pm in India. At the close of Monday’s show, viewers were told they could cast up to five free votes for any of the eight.
The result will only be known once ITV2 airs it. The Sun reported that some viewers on social media expect Omar to be the one who goes, but that is fan speculation, not a result.
Sunday: the House of Mystery and Pass the Poison

Sunday’s highlights show, which covered Friday night and Saturday, swapped Halloween’s House of Horror for a new and final theme, the House of Mystery. ThisisBigBrother’s recap describes the first game, Pass the Poison. Each blindfolded housemate had to put a “poison” in front of the person they felt matched a label.
The labels stung. Yasmin named Samuel “most forgettable,” and he pushed back: “You know, not everyone’s a loud, extroverted person, you know.” Twinks called Rochelle “most delusional.” Samuel tagged Frankie as coasting, Rochelle said Lynx had the biggest ego, Lynx called Catrin a fence-sitter, and Frankie picked Twinks as the one who had sucked up most to Tiffany.
Half the guesses about who had picked whom were right, so the house won three treats out of five. Frankie, Catrin and Rochelle got theirs: an Arsenal score, a pizza and a UV nail lamp. Yasmin’s foot spa and Twinks’ rave missed out.
Digital Spy picked out another moment. Omar told Yasmin that if Rochelle won, there would be a “problem with this world.” Several viewers on X said the criticism was “too late,” given how close he had been to her for weeks (Digital Spy).
Monday: the mystery box gives away nomination secrets

On Monday’s episode, the housemates found a box locked with a four-digit padlock. Four pairs each did a task to work out one digit, and each sum was built on nomination numbers from the series.
Rochelle and Catrin counted buttons and learned that 15 different housemates had nominated Rochelle over the series. Yasmin and Samuel had to wash dishes to find their clue. Omar and Twinks used black-light torches in the Snug and found that Omar had 12 nominations in total. Lynx and Frankie got the final digit, and the code 5761 opened the box (ThisisBigBrother).
Inside were five more treats, but again only three could be used. Samuel and Lynx gave up theirs, so Omar got a Lebanese takeaway, Yasmin finally got her foot spa, and Twinks had a solo drum-and-bass rave in the Diary Room. “Twinks, I feel exhausted just watching you,” Big Brother told her.
There were softer moments too. Lynx comforted a tired Rochelle, who said she had no plans to quit this close to the end.
The hot tub row

The episode ended on a fallout. In the hot tub, Catrin teased that Frankie had been glancing at Rochelle during her bedroom pedicure, a nod to his well-known dislike of feet. Frankie did not find it funny. “Nah, nah, because like my girlfriend is watching. Don’t be saying things like that,” he said, per The Mirror. He left the tub and told Big Brother he would not talk to Catrin for the rest of his stay.
Catrin felt it had only been a joke, and Twinks and Omar consoled her. No make-up was shown before the credits. Many viewers online were puzzled by the size of the reaction, with several asking simply: “Is that it?”
Who is favourite, and how to watch the final
Bookmakers make Twinks the clear favourite. Oddschecker listed her at 1/3 on Monday morning, with Rochelle second at 9/4 and Yasmin third at 14/1.
The live final is on Thursday, November 5 at 9pm UK time (2:30am Friday in India) on ITV2, streaming on ITVX. The winner takes the £100,000 prize. Big Brother: The Reunion airs the next night, Friday, November 6.
