The short version: At a Bravo Fan Fest panel in Charleston, South Carolina, on Saturday, October 24, 2026, Carole Radziwill was asked whether Bethenny Frankel could come back to The Real Housewives of New York City. Carole said that was Andy Cohen’s call. Andy shrugged: “I’m not really active on TikTok.” The same day, Bethenny answered in a TikTok of her own: “Andy Cohen took a swipe at me on a panel, so let’s take the bait.” As of October 25, neither Andy nor Bravo had publicly responded (Us Weekly; Page Six).
What Andy said at Bravo Fan Fest
Andy, 58, was moderating a panel at Bravo’s fan convention. Carole Radziwill, who returned to RHONY this season, was asked whether she could see Bethenny, 55, coming back too. According to Us Weekly, which quoted footage shared on social media, Carole said: “I don’t know if she’d come back. That’s way above my pay grade. That’s Andy’s [decision].”
Andy, an executive producer on the Housewives franchise, shrugged and said: “I’m not really active on TikTok” (Us Weekly).
That was the whole exchange. It was a joke about Bethenny’s TikTok videos, where she regularly posts blunt takes on reality TV and on Bravo.
What Bethenny said back
In her TikTok, Bethenny said:
- “Andy Cohen took a swipe at me on a panel, so let’s take the bait.”
- On his TikTok line: “Which is abundantly clear, because he’s still sitting in the same place I left him. The only thing that has changed are the ratings.”
- She suggested he was “a little bitter” about losing original RHONY stars. Page Six names Luann de Lesseps, Kelly Bensimon and Dorinda Medley, who are now on E!’s The Golden Life.
- “We are all over here making our own coin, our own way, on our own terms.”
- She ended: “If you’re gonna take a shot at this b, you better not miss.”
Those quotes are as reported by Page Six and Us Weekly. Page Six also quotes a cruder line about Andy’s position at Bravo, which we’ve left out (Page Six; Us Weekly).
Has Andy or Bravo responded?
Not as of the latest reports. Us Weekly says neither Andy nor Bravo has publicly addressed Bethenny’s comments, and Page Six says a rep for Andy wasn’t immediately available for comment. Page Six also notes that some commenters on her video defended Andy. We’ll update this page if either side says more.

Why The Golden Life comes into it
Bethenny’s “bitter” line refers to E!’s The Golden Life, which premiered on October 20, 2026. It stars five former RHONY women: Kelly Bensimon, Luann de Lesseps, Dorinda Medley, Sonja Morgan and Ramona Singer. Bravo’s own RHONY Season 16 has a different cast and is still airing. Our Golden Life guide has the cast and schedule, and our RHONY Season 16 guide covers the Bravo show, including Carole’s return.
A feud with history
This isn’t new. Page Six’s summary of the background:
- Bethenny’s RHONY years: Seasons 1 to 3 (2008–2010) and Seasons 7 to 11 (2015–2019). Us Weekly notes she left for good before Season 12 to focus on her businesses.
- 2022: During what Page Six calls Bethenny’s “reality reckoning,” she said she was paid $7,250 for RHONY Season 1 and has never received residuals. On Watch What Happens Live, Andy accused her of “trashing” the Housewives, and he later called her campaign a “sustained attack.”
- January 2026: Page Six reports that Andy called Bethenny’s TikTok videos “suffocating.”
