Quick answer: Hell’s Kitchen Season 25 premiered Thursday, September 24, 2026, at 8 p.m. ET/PT on Fox. New episodes are Thursdays at 8 p.m. ET/PT, and they stream the next day on Hulu. As of October 23, five episodes have aired. The latest is October 22, “The Meat of the Matter.” Fox’s fall schedule called the season “25 Chefs Under 25.” Deadline’s gallery of the Fox cast photos lists 18 chefs, all 25 or younger (Fox; Deadline; LiveNOW from FOX).
Gordon Ramsay is back as host. The season guide, and the UK note, is on our Hell’s Kitchen hub.
What Fox has said about the season
Fox’s July 13 premiere announcement set the Season 25 opener for Thursday, September 24, from 8 to 9 p.m. ET/PT, and described it as “25 Chefs Under 25” competing for the grand prize. Fox did not, in that release, print a numbered cast list (Fox).
Deadline, publishing Fox’s cast photos before the premiere, says there are 18 contenders, split into a blue team of men and a red team of women, and that every chef is under 25. That is the list below. The two figures are both in print. This guide is not treating “25 Chefs Under 25” as a head count of 25.
LiveNOW from FOX, the network’s news site, says the winner receives a $250,000 cash prize and a head chef job at Ramsay’s Hell’s Kitchen restaurant at Foxwoods Resort Casino in Connecticut, where the season was filmed. It also says the season looks back at the show, with former winners, old challenges, and an anniversary dinner. Those details are LiveNOW’s, not a line in the Fox premiere-date release (LiveNOW from FOX).
Where to watch
In the US: Fox, Thursdays at 8/7c. LiveNOW says each new episode streams the next day on Hulu.
In the UK: Prime Video has a Season 25 page for Hell’s Kitchen (U.S.). When this guide was checked, that page had four episodes up, with titles that match the early Fox weeks, and dates a day earlier than the Fox broadcast. Treat the Fox Thursday slot as the US air date, and check Prime Video for what is actually playable where you are. This guide has not confirmed a same-night UK broadcast.
What has aired
Fox’s photo desk has posted stills for the October 8 episode, “Sliding Into Hell,” and the October 22 episode, “The Meat of the Matter.” Prime Video’s UK Season 25 page uses matching titles for the weeks in between. The Thursday dates below are counted from Fox’s September 24 premiere in the 8 p.m. slot. Fox has not, on the pages we used, posted a single public episode grid with every title.
| Episode | Fox date | Title | Where the title is printed |
|---|---|---|---|
| 1 | Thursday, September 24 | 25th Premiere Party | Prime Video |
| 2 | Thursday, October 1 | A Tale of Two Kitchens | Prime Video |
| 3 | Thursday, October 8 | Sliding Into Hell | Fox photo gallery, and Prime Video |
| 4 | Thursday, October 15 | Hell’s Kitchen University | Prime Video |
| 5 | Thursday, October 22 | The Meat of the Matter | Fox listing |

Prime Video’s synopsis for the premiere says the chefs compete in a signature-dish challenge. Episode 2 is a three-round challenge and a first dinner service for a room of influencers. Episode 3, on Fox’s stills and on Prime Video, sends the teams to Great Wolf Lodge. This page does not keep an elimination order. Placement lists on fan and recap sites were not used.
The 18 chefs
Ages and hometowns are from Deadline’s Fox gallery. Surnames are from Gold Derby’s gallery of the same Fox portraits, which credits photographer Jeff Neira / Fox. Where a Fox caption on the network’s own photo site spells a surname, it matches the Gold Derby spelling.

Deadline says the show is produced by ITV America’s ITV Entertainment with A. Smith & Co. Executive producers listed there are Gordon Ramsay, Arthur Smith, Kent Weed, Kenny Rosen, David George, and Bernie Schaeffer.
