Are they still together? Yes, according to Tia Glover. In an Entertainment Tonight interview that Bravo says was uploaded on October 8, 2026, she said, “Yes, we’re sleeping in the same bed, and he’s still in the home,” and that they are “still navigating” it. On the show, she says Rob admitted he had been on a dating site for about a year.

This page uses Bravo’s two Daily Dish stories, from October 11 and October 19. They are built from the episodes and from Tia’s interview. Rob has not given Bravo a separate interview in either piece. Where a sentence below is his, it is Tia reporting what he said.
What happened on Season 11
The Real Housewives of Potomac Season 11 premiered Sunday, October 11, 2026, at 8 p.m. ET on Bravo, and new episodes air Sundays. Bravo’s October 19 story is about what Tia said on Episode 2.
Before filming, Ashley Darby had publicly said Tia had “some stuff that’s brewing in the streets” involving her husband, without the details. On the premiere, Stacey Rusch brought those details to a sit-down with Tia and Wendy Osefo. Stacey said she had been getting “messages that seem to prove that your husband has been on dating sites,” including photos of a verified account that allegedly belonged to him, under his real name, and that he was presenting himself as single. Gizelle Bryant later said she had been sent the same thing and had shared it with Ashley, to try to work out if the profile was real (Bravo, October 11; Bravo, October 19).
Tia’s account of the conversation at home, told to Stacey and Wendy before the premiere episode ended: “I waited until I put the twins down, and I asked him, I said, ‘Are you on dating apps?’ And he paused, and he said, ‘Yeah.’”
On Episode 2 she told Wendy and Stacey what he had said in that off-camera talk. By her account, he said he had been on the site for a year at that point. “He said he felt lonely, he was looking for some attention,” she told them. In a producer interview she added: “He didn’t even think it respectful enough to cheat like everybody else does: quietly and with discretion.” She said she felt humiliated, and that the profile was still up. “I literally had to ask, ‘Do you think you can delete it?’ And he’s like, ‘Oh, yeah.’”
She also talked about their children. Bravo names them as Ava-Siena, 18, Lexi, 15, and 12-year-old twins Nathaniel and Amaris. “Siena is such a daddy’s girl,” she told Wendy and Stacey. “She’s learning how to be a woman through me, how to be treated, how to carry herself, and, um, I don’t want her thinking, like, that’s OK.” Wendy and Stacey both told her the explanation was Rob’s to give. Wendy: “He messed up. It’s his burden. Let him carry that, Tia.”
Are Tia and Rob still together?
Yes, as of the interview Bravo is citing. Tia told Entertainment Tonight:
“Yes, we’re sleeping in the same bed, and he’s still in the home.”
Bravo says that video was uploaded on October 8, and that she described them as “still navigating” the issues that came up on Season 11. She also said: “For your husband to be on a dating app, clearly everything’s not right at home.” She contrasted a simpler split — “If it were just us and a cat, navigation would be a lot easier” — with “a family” and “a life” they built, and said they are “really taking our time to navigate it.”
On what the profile became, she said Rob had insisted to her that he “hadn’t met anybody” and had not “initiated a relationship with anybody” from the site. She added: “From what I know, there will be no babies coming up from Robert Glover. Again, that’s all I know for now. So, it doesn’t sound like it went very deep. But then, you know, I was quite surprised when I got that information, so I reserve the right to further be surprised if something else comes up.”
That is a status report from Tia, not a reunion-stage ending. Bravo’s October 19 story is headlined around the dating profile. It does not quote Rob on his own, off the show, about where the marriage stands today.

| Did he meet someone on the app? | She says he told her he had not. She says she may still learn otherwise |
Who is Rob Glover?
Bravo’s October 11 profile, drawn from what Tia has said on the show, describes him as a finance executive who “does sales and acquisitions for a massive aeronautical company.” She has called him a “nerd.” He grew up on the South Side of Chicago. The couple lived in several US cities and settled in the DMV, the Washington area, in September 2020.
Tia has said she met him in 1999. Bravo says that as of early 2026 they had been married 17 years. The October 19 story calls him “her husband of 17 years.” They have four children, named above.
On Season 10, Tia talked about how different their childhoods were, and joked with Gizelle Bryant that Rob was the children’s “chauffeur” and “nanny.” That is older episode material. It is not a comment on the dating profile.

What we don’t know yet
- Rob’s own public account, beyond what Tia says he told her. Neither Bravo story quotes him in a separate interview about the profile.
- Whether the profile was on one site or several. Bravo’s October 19 headline says “profiles.” The episode reporting it quotes is about “a dating site” and “dating apps.”
- Whether anything Tia said she might still learn has surfaced since October 8. As of Bravo’s October 19 story, her position was that they are together and still navigating it.
