Spoilers for the Real Housewives of Orange County Season 20 finale, which aired Thursday, October 29 on Bravo (streaming next day on Peacock).
The short version: Vicki Gunvalson threw a 20th anniversary party in Coto de Caza with former Housewives back in Sky tops. Carmella Garcia came anyway and confronted Vicki, and the two agreed to disagree. Gina Kirschenheiter called out Heather Dubrow for judging her finances, and Heather admitted she felt left out in Tokyo (Reality Blurb).
Planning the party
Gina helped Vicki plan the 20th anniversary party in Coto, the first place Gina lived when she moved to the West Coast. Vicki made it clear Sky tops were required. She wasn’t sure whether to invite Carmella, because she hadn’t liked Carmella’s “expiration date” comments, and she asked Gina how she felt after the women questioned her spending in Tokyo. Gina said she has been financially responsible for years and it isn’t Heather’s concern.
Meanwhile, on a tiki boat with Tamra Judge and Jennifer Pedranti, Carmella admitted she should wean herself off Adderall. Carmella wasn’t invited to the party, but Tamra and Jenn urged her to go and tell Vicki to stop once and for all.
The rest of the week
Shannon Storms Beador decided to go ahead with radiation for her dog Archie after a session with a dog psychic. Bravo has since noted that Shannon announced in May that Archie had died (Bravo). Emily Simpson, Heather and Shannon went on a bar crawl to find Shannon a man, and Shannon got a phone number. Heather told Jenn she had heard Tamra was icing her out on purpose and that she had felt left out in Tokyo.
OGs back in Coto
Party day brought back familiar faces: Jeana Keough reminisced with Vicki, Jo and Peggy arrived in Sky tops, Lizzie came back, and Lynne talked about what the show did for her jewelry line. Even Vicki’s receptionist turned up. “This is much more than a TV show. This is my life,” Vicki said in a confessional (Bravo).
Carmella confronts Vicki
Vicki was surprised to see Carmella and greeted her coolly. Emily asked what Vicki’s problem with Carmella really was, and Teddi pointed out that if Vicki kept saying she didn’t care, perhaps she did. When Carmella finally confronted Vicki, Heather and Tamra stepped in to help. Carmella said she didn’t want to get to know Vicki, and the two agreed to disagree.
On the RHOC After Show, Vicki said Carmella is “not my kind of people” and that she would just “say hi and keep walking” if they met (Bravo).
Gina vs. Heather
Jenn also asked Tamra whether their new friendship was genuine. Tamra called the question stirring and told Jenn she loved her. Then Gina pulled Heather aside. She asked how Heather could be so sensitive about some things but not about Gina’s real estate career, and said Heather would never understand what it’s like to support herself. Heather said Tamra had started the conversation in Tokyo. After the bickering, they agreed they were good.
Where they ended up
According to the end cards reported by Reality Blurb and Bravo, Shannon is still single, Tamra got a new puppy, and Emily and Heather have barely spoken since filming. Jenn has picked a wedding date, Gina hasn’t yet and is focused on work, and Carmella is done with Danny for good.
